The Waterfront at Albany project is moving ahead with the following dates outlining the work which will take place in delivering the project to the Albany community:

• Pedestrian Bridge officially opened to the public - March 2008
• Civil works Stage 1 (remediation and subdivision of land) – completed November 2008
• Construction of Entertainment Centre commenced – late 2008
• Commencement of civil works on Stage 2 - mid 2009
• Completion of civil works – late 2010
• Completion of Entertainment Centre – late 2010
• Stage 1 harbour pens constructed and available for public use – 2011
• Completion of hotel site – 2010/2011
