Albany Waterfront - The Vision

THE VISION

Princess Royal Harbour, one of the world's most stunning natural harbours, is set to become one of the most significant development projects in the town’s long history.

A world-class waterfront development will revitalise the undeveloped foreshore into a sought-after destination, re-connecting the town centre with this magnificent setting.

Once complete, the waterfront will be a hub of activity, showcasing a hotel, short stay accommodation, restaurants, cafes, shops, marina and a purpose built entertainment centre.

HOTEL SITE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NOW CLOSED

The State Government called for Expressions of Interest (EOI) in April 2010 to construct and operate a new 4-star or higher rated hotel and short stay serviced apartments as part of the highly-anticipated $110million Waterfront at Albany development.

When complete the Waterfront at Albany will comprise a new hotel and short stay accommodation options, restaurants, cafes, shops, potential for a 161-pen marina, with up to 74 pens in Stage1, and the new 620-seat Albany Entertainment Centre.
