The Central Services Facility (CSF), located with the Australian Marine Complex, will be a central meeting and networking point for representatives of industry, research organisations, education institutions and support service companies specialising in the marine, defence, oil and gas sector.
Technology Start-ups Will Make Innovation Centre Home
The Innovation Centre will provide a business development and support environment with access to shared facilities and services for emerging technology companies meeting specified entry criteria.
A Central Networking Point
The two storey building comprising meeting, function, business development and support services. This will be a catalyst for bringing precinct tenants and industry specialists external to the precinct together for strategic collaboration, interaction, innovation and enterprise. The CSF also has a gym facility.
Tenancy Opportunities
Technology start-ups, relevant business support organisations and retail providers have the opportunity to make Western Australia’s specialist marine technology park home.
A total area 3,000sqm, the CSF has floor space ranging from 75sqm - 451sqm.
