Support Industry Precinct
The Stage 3 release of lots in the AMC Support Industry Precinct has been a huge success with all lots sold out to compatible companies operating in the oil and gas, marine or defence sectors.
LandCorp is now planning for the final release of 15 Stage 4 lots, with pre-sales expected to commence mid 2008. This will be the final release of land within the AMC Support Industry Precinct.
Fabrication Precinct – Subsea Cluster
LandCorp is progressing the development of a Subsea Cluster within the AMC Fabrication Precinct and anticipate land to be advertised for sale by the end of 2008.
The area is likely to feature 17 lots, some as large as three hectares, including both freehold and leasehold opportunities.
Common User Facility – Superlot with waterfront access
LandCorp is now accepting enquiries for a superlot located adjacent to the Common User Facility. The lot is only available for leasehold by suitable businesses that can demonstrate their need for direct waterfront access.
Latitude 32 - Flinders Precinct a step closer
In close proximity of the AMC, approximately 72ha of the 160ha Latitude 32 - Flinders Precinct is being developed for industrial land sales. This is the first area to be developed within the Latitude 32 Industry Zone in nearby Hope Valley – Wattleup.
Land sales for Stage 1 of Latitiude 32 - Flinders Precinct are expected to start in mid 2008 with settlement anticipated approximately 12 months later.
